Cancellation policy

At VENJENZ, we strive to process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.

Because orders may move into fulfillment shortly after being placed, cancellation requests are time-sensitive and cannot always be guaranteed.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before a shipping label has been created or the order has shipped.

Once a shipping label has been created or the order has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order will be canceled.

Due to automated order processing systems, cancellation requests should be submitted as quickly as possible after placing an order.

Subscription Cancellations

Subscription orders may be canceled, or modified prior to the next scheduled processing date.

Once a subscription order has been processed, a shipping label has been created, or the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded solely due to customer preference.

Customers are responsible for managing subscription settings and ensuring billing and shipping information remain accurate and up to date.

Subscription reminder emails may be sent approximately 3 days prior to the next scheduled processing date to allow customers time to review or manage their subscription settings.

VENJENZ reserves the right to cancel subscription orders or accounts due to failed payments, suspected abuse, or policy violations.

Refused Shipments & Return to Sender Orders

Orders refused at delivery or returned to VENJENZ due to:

  • buyer’s remorse,
  • failed delivery attempts,
  • incorrect addresses,
  • unclaimed deliveries,
  • or attempts to avoid approved return procedures,

may not be eligible for cancellation, refund, or reshipment.

Returned orders may be subject to:

  • additional shipping charges,
  • restocking fees,
  • or denial of refund requests at VENJENZ’s discretion.

Fraud Prevention

VENJENZ reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, resale abuse, or violation of company policies.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.

This policy supersedes all prior versions.

Any unresolved claims, returns, or support requests submitted after the “Last Updated” date may be reviewed under the current version of this policy at VENJENZ’s discretion.
