Fred Pompermayer
Fred Pompermayer has been dedicated for more than two decades to shooting Big Wave Surfing and Adventure sports. He is based in Los Angeles which allows him easy access for last-minute travel to all parts of the globe. Nominated for several photographic awards, Fred won the XXL Big Wave Awards capturing the best photos – Biggest Paddle Award in 2009 & 2010 & 2015 & 2017, the Biggest Tube Award in 2013, Biggest Female Paddle 2019 and the Biggest Wave Award in 2023, and most recently Fred won the Award for Biggest Paddle 2024 and also he was the 2024 recipient of Contribution for the Sports award in Big Wave Challenge Awards 2024.

Jeff Clark
Jeff Clark is one of the most renowned and respected big wave surfers in the world, regarded by the surf community to be a member of a small group of pioneer watermen. Jeff is best known for successfully pioneering the massive waves of Mavericks alone for years before it was discovered by the big-wave surfing community. Mavericks, located south of San Francisco, is considered to be one of the most dangerous big waves on the planet. Labeled one of the “world’s best big-wave riders” by Surfer magazine in 1994 and among the 100 bravest people in the U.S. by PBS, Clark has been featured in the films Riding Giants, Step Into Liquid, Adventures in Wild California, Discovering Mavericks and many other films. Clark is also the founder of the famed Mavericks surf competition, an event that has put big wave surfing in mainstream sports and has launched the careers of surfers, photographers, water rescue teams and many others. He owns and operates the iconic Mavericks Surf Company® and Mavericks PaddleSports in Princeton-by-the-Sea near Half Moon Bay, with his own line of Mavericks Surf® brand clothing and surf wear.

Tyler Balsillie
Tyler Balsillie, a 19-year-old big wave surfer from Pismo Beach, California, and a proud team rider for VENJENZ. Catching massive waves is what he lives for, and VENJENZ is part of that journey every step of the way. From training to riding the biggest breaks, Tyler says he's stoked to represent a brand that keeps him, and his dog Bo, healthy and focused on doing what they love.

Adriano Camolese & Bruno
Adriano Camolese is an experienced Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu black belt, celebrated for his technical mastery and unwavering work ethic on the mats. Originally competing in Brazil at the elite levels of IBJJF tournaments. “Dri” earned podium finishes in the Ultra‑Heavyweight and Open weight divisions, notably claiming the Ultra‑Heavy title at the 2006 Brazilian National Championship and placing 3rd at the 2004 Pan Championship. He has squared off against the sport’s elite—twice facing legendary grappler Roger Gracie at the World Championships.
In 2009, Camolese brought his talents to the U.S., winning gold at the American National IBJJF Championship in the Super‑Heavyweight division and placing 1st in the Open Class—cementing his legacy as a consistent competitor both nationally and internationally.
Adriano trained at Black House MMA alongside greats including Anderson Silva, The Nogueira brothers, Lyoto Machida and many others.
He also has a warm, personal side: at home, he shares life with Bruno, his white French Bulldog. Bruno is a regular fixture in social media posts and even occasionally makes cameo appearances at the gym, bringing a dose of joy and calm energy into Adriano’s life.

Michael Krasnavage
Michael Krasnavage is a 23-year-old purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu from Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. Training at Bad Company Jiu-Jitsu, he has achieved multiple tournament and super fight victories, driven by a deep passion for competing and continuous self-improvement. His journey in Jiu-Jitsu has been both challenging and rewarding, fueling his growth as both a practitioner and a competitor. Outside the gym, Michael cherishes time with his two siblings and his beloved dogs—Benji, a Labrador, and Athena, a Staffordshire Terrier—who help him stay grounded and appreciate life’s simple joys. Whether on the mats or with family, he strives for balance, focusing on personal and athletic growth.

Stefan Stoianov
Stefan Stoianov is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt from São Paulo, Brazil, where his journey on the mats began in 1998. After years of daily training in Brazil’s competitive scene, he moved to California in 2009 and earned his black belt in 2011. Over the next decade, he became a staple of the Kron Gracie Jiu-Jitsu academy, learning directly under Kron Gracie and having the distinct honor of studying with Rickson Gracie, even appearing in Rickson’s online instructional platform.
Stefan has been competing since white belt and has maintained a presence at high-level tournaments throughout his career. As a Masters division black belt, he has medaled at events like the IBJJF San Jose No-Gi Open (silver, 2017) and competed at the IBJJF World Masters Championships and the North American Master Championships. His matches have been featured on FloGrappling, where he’s squared off with other top-tier black belts from around the world.
In addition to his commitment to Jiu-Jitsu, Stefan has spent 14 years working professionally as a photographer in Los Angeles. He’s also a proud husband and the devoted dog dad of a spirited pup, embracing life with intensity, creativity, and discipline both on and off the mats.
