At VENJENZ, we prioritize product safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Because many of our products are ingestible supplements, certain items are subject to special return restrictions for safety and contamination prevention purposes.

Supplements & Ingestible Products

Due to the ingestible nature of these products, supplements and consumable products are generally non-returnable once delivered.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • liquids,
  • powders,
  • supplements,
  • and other consumable products.

Depending on the situation, VENJENZ may, at its sole discretion, offer:

  • store credit,
  • a replacement product,
  • or a refund to the original payment method.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • damaged,
  • defective,
  • or incorrect,

To help us process your request quickly, please include:

  • your order number,
  • a description of the issue,
  • and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Failure to provide requested photos or information may result in denial of the claim.

After review, we may issue:

  • a replacement,
  • store credit,
  • or a refund.

Merchandise & Non-Ingestible Products

Non-ingestible merchandise and accessories may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if:

  • unused,
  • in original condition,
  • and returned in original packaging.

Examples may include:

  • apparel,
  • stickers,
  • drinkware,
  • accessories,
  • and other non-consumable merchandise.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to approved returns of non-defective, non-ingestible merchandise. Any original shipping costs incurred by VENJENZ may be deducted from the refund amount.

Restocking fees may apply in situations including:

  • buyer’s remorse,
  • refused shipments,
  • or items returned not in original condition.

No restocking fee will apply if:

  • the wrong item was sent,
  • the item arrived damaged,
  • or the item was defective.

Non-Refundable Situations

We may deny refunds, returns, replacements, or store credit for:

  • opened ingestible products,
  • dissatisfaction based on taste, texture, consistency, or expected results,
  • excessive refund requests,
  • suspected abuse of the policy,
  • intentionally damaged items,
  • orders with incorrect shipping information entered by the customer,
  • or requests submitted outside the stated timeframe.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once a shipping label has been created or the order has shipped.

This policy supersedes all prior versions.

Any unresolved claims, returns, or support requests submitted after the “Last Updated” date may be reviewed under the current version of this policy at VENJENZ’s discretion.
