At VENJENZ, we are committed to processing and shipping orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping Carriers
We may ship orders through trusted carriers including, but not limited to:
- USPS,
- UPS,
- FedEx,
- DHL,
- and other available carriers.
Carrier options and shipping costs may vary based on destination, package weight, shipping method, and availability.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are determined at checkout and may include carrier-calculated rates, flat-rate shipping, promotional shipping offers, or free shipping promotions.
Delivery times are estimates based on business days and are not guaranteed. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, shipping method, destination, weather, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
VENJENZ may offer carrier-calculated shipping, flat-rate shipping, promotional shipping rates, or free shipping on qualifying orders or destinations.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once a shipping label has been created or the order has shipped.
VENJENZ reserves the right to hold, review, refuse, or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
VENJENZ is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Additional shipping charges may apply to reship orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Return to Sender (RTS) Packages
Packages returned to VENJENZ due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, refused shipments, unclaimed deliveries, customs issues, buyer’s remorse, or attempts to avoid approved return procedures may not be eligible for refund or reshipment.
Returned packages may be subject to:
- additional shipping charges,
- restocking fees,
- or refusal of refund or reshipment requests at VENJENZ’s discretion.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
VENJENZ is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
We may assist with carrier claims when possible, but replacement or refund eligibility is handled at our discretion.
VENJENZ is not responsible for product changes resulting from exposure to heat, cold, weather conditions, carrier handling, or improper storage after delivery.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Failure to provide requested photos or information may result in denial of the claim.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered are permitted for import into their country.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import restrictions, or delays. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated at checkout.
VENJENZ is not responsible for packages refused, delayed, seized, abandoned, or returned due to customs issues, unpaid duties or taxes, import restrictions, or missing permits.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are automatically processed and shipped according to the delivery schedule selected at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that billing information, shipping addresses, and account details remain current and accurate prior to each recurring order.
Changes to subscription orders, including address updates, product changes, skips, pauses, or cancellations, must be completed before the next scheduled processing date.
Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Subscription delivery dates are estimates and may vary based on processing times, carrier delays, inventory availability, holidays, or other circumstances outside of VENJENZ’s control.
Returns & Refunds
Shipping-related refunds, replacements, returns, and store credit are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Due to the ingestible nature of many VENJENZ products, certain items may be non-returnable.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
This policy supersedes all prior versions.
Any unresolved claims, returns, or support requests submitted after the “Last Updated” date may be reviewed under the current version of this policy at VENJENZ’s discretion.
