  • You may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase or received.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Items that are not eligible for refunds include:
    • Closeout Products
    • Open or Used Products

Refund & Returns Process:

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at or (833) 812-0801 to request a Refund Authorization (RA) number.
  • Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package you are returning.
  • Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Ship the item to the address provided with your RA number.
  • Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received the wrong item).
