Customers may return any unopened product(s) within 30 (thirty) days of purchase for a full refund by original method of payment or store credit* Products for return must be postmarked within 30 (thirty) days of the original purchase date, in new and unmarked condition, with all original labels attached. Damaged products will not qualify for a refund. Closeout purchases are FINAL SALE and do not qualify for a refund.
For the health and safety to all, we are unable to receive and refund purchase price(s) for open products.

We do recommend that you obtain a tracking number to ensure your delivery has been received.
If you would prefer, a pre-paid $10 (ten dollar) return address label can be provided, the cost of which will be deducted from the refund total.
After receiving and inspecting your return, refunds will be processed in the original method of payment, or for store credit. Please allow at least 5 (five) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. You will be notified by email when your return has been processed.
Defective, damaged, or missing items:
We make every effort to package your order so that it will arrive in great condition. Unfortunately, sometimes product(s) may be damaged during shipment. We understand your frustration and we will do everything we can to replace the product as quickly as possible.
