United States Shipping

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states.

International Shipping

"Please note that if you select a shipping method at checkout which does not include 'duties and taxes,' VENJENZ cannot be held responsible for any related charges. Such duties, taxes, or broker fees must be covered by you at your local Customs/Broker office.

VENJENZ will not be liable for products that are restricted or require special clearance in your country. We recommend consulting with your local customs office to ensure the items and quantities you order comply with local regulations, including necessary import permits or prescriptions.

In cases where your package is refused either by yourself or your country, or if the shipping carrier imposes return charges, these costs will be deducted from your refund. Remember, initial shipping costs are not refundable.

Unclaimed orders, for reasons such as lack of required permits, non-payment of duties, taxes, or broker fees, or due to prohibition by your country, are not eligible for a refund.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Expedited Shipping: Available for faster delivery, usually within 2-3 business days.
  • USPS International First Class: May take up to 4-5 weeks.
  • USPS International Priority: Typically 2-3 weeks.
  • Standard International Shipping: Usually 7-21 business days, but can extend to 6 weeks with slow customs processing.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking information is provided for all shipped orders. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
  • You can track your order using the provided USPS tracking number on the USPS website.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order's tracking information when it is shipped.

    • To initiate a USPS claim, please begin the process independently by visiting https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm. Once you've submitted the claim, kindly share the reference number provided by USPS with us. This will allow us to start the replacement process for your product.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or USPS service disruptions.
